GREAT NEWS FOR THE LAB
Prof. Marcella Bonchio is a "Lombardia è Ricerca" 2020 - 2021 award winner!
Along with Pierre Joliot and Markus Antonietti, Marcella Bonchio has been rewarded with
the "Lombardia è Ricerca" prize of this year promoted by Regione Lombardia in collaboration
with Corriere della Sera and assigned by a jury of 15 top scientists.
The three won the prize being selected among 62 different nominations coming from international universities and research centers. The focus of this edition is “Environmental Sustainability" and they have been awarded beacuse of their research contributions on natural photosynthesis and on materials and technologies for artificial photosynthesis, which collectively lay out promising and important scenarios for clean energy production.
