An expert in physical organic chemistry, with a particular focus on perovskite materials and their applications. After completing his PhD at KU Leuven University (Belgium) in the group of Prof. J. Hofkens, he moved to Strasbourg as a postdoctoral associate in the group of Prof. P. Samorì. He has now joined us in Padova, bringing his expertise to our team. Welcome on board, Donato!

New graduates in the Nanomolcat group: Ila and Gianpaolo are now officially Dr. Crea and Dr. Marraffa! This morning, they successfully defended their theses and completed their PhDs. Gianpaolo will continue his work in the lab until September with a postdoctoral fellowship, while Ila, after a one-year master’s thesis, a one-year research contract, and a three-year PhD program, will leave us to pursue new experiences. Best of luck to both of you!
